Brought car in for servicing. Check engine light was on. Was greeted quickly and professionally. Was then shuttled to work without wait. Later diagnosis revealed a torn vacuum line. Felt the charge was high but then the owner personally summarized where the hose was located and how much of the top-end of the engine had to be removed to locate the broken line, the charge was reasonable.
