Not happy with the management change
In short, when Oren left, so did the customer service. A simple antennae R/R was disappointing. Not only did they cut my antennae so it was not reusable, Sam then told me they did not have the time to look for another one and it was up to me. After spending 2 hours of my time online and driving around town, I was finally able to find one locally. Why am I looking for a part to put on my car? Bottom line, they cut the old power antennae when they could have just unplugged it (it was stuck on the full extention mode) and then charged me $120 to install a new one. I have spent quite a bit of my money there on my other vehicles and so has my family and friend referrals. I will never go there again nor would I recommend this business to others.

As far as  the work which was performed it must be noted that we were dealing with a very old power antenna assembly that had to be removed and disassembled in order to extract the broken pieces of antenna mast. It was then discovered that the original part was rusted. A new mast could not be installed. The actual time spent on this job start to finish was not charged in full to this customer.

The dealer no longer had the part available to order for this 1992 vehicle.  It was suggested to the customer both as a means of completing this work and saving money to go out to local aftermarket store and bring the parts to us for replacement. It was never stated that we did not have time to look for the antenna .

 In addition when the customer returned for the installation of the assembly that he obtained there was no charge. We apologize that expectations were not met for the customer on this particular visit but given what we had to work with we do believe the work performed was adequate.
