When I was the manager at AAA, we always recommended Richard's because they are one of the few shops in town with a Master Mechanic - a AAA requirement. But their service goes beyond that. I took my car in recently due to a noise that didn't sound right. They discovered major engine damage. Instead of fixing it and charging me a fortune, they called and told me that my car was under warranty still, and they called the Nissan dealer and explained the situation to them, so I would be able to take the car in and they would know right away what was going on. Now this is service!
