I have been going here for years. I first found Richards through a recommendation from Subaru as one of the few (maybe the only at that time) places in town where I could get a genuine Subaru oil filter. I did my own basic maintenance at the time. After meeting Warren to buy the oil filter I knew he would be the person to take care of my car when the time came to bring it in. Now he takes care of everything.
I feel comfortable dropping my car or truck off and can trust any recommendation they have. It can sometimes be a busy place, but just because they are good at what they do.
