Rester’s Auto always delivers good service at reasonable prices. They won’t do unnecessary work just to make a profit. Very honest for sure.

It’s unfortunate to have to leave this review, but I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak. After paying for this service, I was informed that my coils and spark plugs would soon need changing, and they did me a “favor” and put some from a junk car to help me get a little more use before bringing it back in since I just spent a large amount of money getting the oil leak fixed. Well, 2 days later the check engine light comes on and the car starts shaking badly. I called, and they said that was the coils and that I would need to bring it back in to be fixed. After spending another large amount of money, 1 week later, car shaking and check engine light back on. This time I asked them not to do anything without talking to me first, and they instead replace the fuel injector and try charging another large amount of money. They ended up bringing the cost down since they did this without asking, but before leaving the car was still vibrating and not feeling right. I was told that was just the air conditioner turning on and off, like I had never felt that before, and that the car was fine. Drove the car off, and make it about 5 miles, and again, check engine light and shaking. This time they were very rude to a family member of mine who tried to talk to them about the situation and ended up hanging up on him twice and said to just bring it back in. Needless to say, I did not. I brought it somewhere else, and the other shop was very nice, professional, and fixed it first time for a much cheaper price as well. This was a horrible experience and I will never take my car back there again. I still believe I should be refunded the money for the second and third service because I paid a large amount of money to just have a broken car still. Just overall very disappointed.

Always satisfied.
We have always been satisfied with the Rester’s team. They are upfront about their work. They call and let us know what they found and what it’ll cost before they perform the job. The cost is always fair and reasonable.

JoAnn said she took her vehicle in at 9:00 am and they had it ready by 2:00 that afternoon. The only complaint she has is that they do not use paper mats on the floorboard when working on the vehicle so they leave a sandy residue when they're done.
