I immediately called Dan at Repair Rite advising him of the situation. He said If I could get the truck to him, he would look at it ASAP. I got the vehicle to him approximately 4:40 pm, yesterday. Dan came out and looked at the vehicle and came up with a plan of repair which was excellent. He cleaned up engine bay area, changed oil twice, cleaned out thick goo from dip stick tube, and found the Dealer had reinstalled a cracked/torn gasket on the oil pan drain plug. (Wow Dealer-THANKS) This repair was completed by noon today! Dan and his team went above and beyond expectations. These guys rock , are honest, and reasonable in price.
