Our work was quick to the vehicle, there just was no communication indicating when it was done. There also were problems with the final payment from the insurance company, (no they're fault) again no communication with us letting us know. After going beyond the repair date finish, I made the call to find out when I might expect it. It was done (not communicated) but there were payment problems (not communicated). I called twice about the delay...why???
