We were faced with a potentially VERY expensive fix to our daughter's 2019 car. After speaking with a dealer's service department and another repair shop we were thinking about having to sell the car instead of fixing it. I then called Reliable and spoke with John. He was able to provide a reasonable and credible approach to diagnosing the problem based on his own knowledge of cars. Turned out that they solved the problem for a very reasonable cost and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Reliable Automotive and with John.
