Worst place ever to buy a car from!!!
I recently purchased a Pre owned Audi SUV from Reliable auto last year. I was very happy with my purchase until it came time to have my vehicle serviced. I decided to have my routine service done at Reliable auto instead of Audi due to it being much cheaper. So i called and scheduled an appointment for a routine oil change and it went smooth until i got home and noticed that oil was leaking everywhere which hadn’t been happening before i got my oil changed at Reliable auto. I immediately called Reliable auto to let them know what was occurring and they advised me to bring my vehicle in the next day to have it checked out. I did so not only for the service team to try to convince me that i has created the issue that caused my oil to leak in which they finally admitted they stripped my oil pan which caused the leak. They fixed it with no cost to me but i missed out on a day’s worth of work due to having to wait for them to fix for something that i hadn’t caused. Thinking the whole situation was a fluke when i was due for my next oil change i scheduled another appointment with Reliable auto’s service department yesterday only to have the same thing happen again! This time of course I’m very upset and frustrated. I am currently sitting in the lobby at Reliable auto yet missing ANOTHER day of work and i will also have to pay $60 for an Uber ride to and from work. I am disgusted with the service i have received from Hector, Gabriel and whoever else has worked on my car. They were absolutely of no help at all. They are terrible and i wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to buy a car from there. They break things in your car on purpose so they can get more money out of you.
