Disappointed
I am not one to leave bad reviews for anything, but I just had to this time. I think we dealt with the owners son when we signed paperwork in 2020 for our 15' Toyota Sienna that I looked everywhere for the one I wanted at the right price. He had sold me an extended warranty! I will never get one of those again! Especially on a Toyota which I know will run well over the use of that warranty. It's partially my fault for not reading closer to the agreement, but I would not have thought they would try to give me a bad deal like this! After looking over my extended warranty it showed I was charged $2,800 up to 60 months or 60,000 miles!! This van was a 2015 with 48,000 miles on it which is low, but all that money for a warranty only bought me about ONE year of service before expiring!! That doesn't seem like the customers best interest was considered here at all. Very frustrating that I could owe nearly $3,000 less on my vehicle right now!! Not to mention the over 2 hours wait just to get oil changes with an appointment. I didn't go back after 2 times. They did not detail it for sale AND there was no spare in it. Guess I just got one of the unfortunate bad experiences!
