Ordered BMW part online at reevesbmwparts.com on 10/30/2021. Order # 2673. The part I ordered was in stock and promised to be shipped in 1 or 2 days. 5 days later, I checked status of my order online, it still showed that my order is still being processing. I emailed them, left 2 voice messages asking about the status of my order but no one bother to answer my question. My credit card was already charged 0n 11/01/2021. They took my money and refused to ship out my order.
