Brought car in for regular service, 3 days later overheating on the ride to work. $1100 coolant line repair supposed to be warranty work. Car was CPO purchase from Sarasota, sales and finance people did not enter the vehicle in their system as CPO so no warranty. Service writer unable to resolve with Sarasota dealer. Service manager, instead of helping,, lectures me on the phone on how it is not their problem and I need to resolve. Not going back. A little more effort and NOT lecturing would have kept me as a customer. AVOID this dealership!
