Competent and adaptable

I went to them with a broken door handle. The dealer was going to charge me $610.00 for one small part. The problem was that the small part was molded into the door panel. Reeve-Smith had seen it before and had created a type of repair that solved the problem, avoided ordering a door panel and allowed me to saving me a full $460.00. This won't happen every time, but it told me they know my Volvo in and out.
