Norris said “I was just going to call you”
Norris please explain to the public what happened with my vehicle under your supervision or lack there of…let’s see how honest you are about what you did and have done to rectify the situation. And what was or wasn’t done to my vehicle. You said all my paperwork had been taken with or by an employee that quit in July ‘21, but when my vehicle was finally returned and not fixed with several warnings on dash such as low oil pressure, check engine, and service vehicle lights on, you gave me back my extended service paper work, insurance papers and receipts of work I had done to vehicle prior to entering Redmond’s, all “LOST paperwork was magically returned to me. Redmond’s NEVER called me, NOT once, over the SEVERAL MONTHS that my vehicle was parked in their lot awaiting service!!! Norris, “I was just going to call you” he said this every time I came into Redmond’s to check on my vehicle. Followed by some excuse as to why nothing was being done to my vehicle. He’s real busy with other repairs more important than mine right now, my car is next in line to be worked on, the other car before me was just a pickle to do so I’ll be first in to be worked on beginning next week, week after week for months!!! No new engine VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER was ever given to me because engine was NEVER REPLACED!!! Timing chain was altered, a new alternator and “new” used battery all in which was charged separately directly to me. As well as a bill to insurance provider in the amount of $7k+ for removal and replacement of entire engine assembly. So Norris what are you going to do to remedy this most unfortunate situation sir? I’d be most interested in what you have to offer as compensation to your negligence as supervisor at your facility, Redmond’s Auto on Gratiot Rd. Saginaw Michigan. Well sir, you have my number, let’s get something done about this mess you facilitated for most of 2021.
