The manger JAY gave me the poorest most worst unprofessional uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. He was upset about me questioning my $1140 bill for just a brake job. Refused to let me speak to the mechanics or let me view the work done on my vehicle. Told me he’s keeping my car, and quote “ show me a law that says I have to let you see your car”. Accused me of being too poor to pay for repairs. And at one point locked me in the garage with the doors closed. After finally speaking to the owner and telling him I wanted all the work stripped and the the car towed he offered a $290 discount. This is just a small summary of JAY’S threatening actions.
