This place is a fraud I took my car here had it 11 days I had to call each day for the status the guy joe made accuses up daily always saying we ordered the wrong part that was each of the 10 days they order a wrong part then he says finally we’re going to test drive the car then calling u shortly...nope never got a call that happened 4 times also I took a brake light switch to the shop cause I knew it wasn’t operating for them to test drive..long story short I picked the car up after getting brakes,rotors drums,pads,tie rod complete assembly,fly wheel and a starter
But after picking the vehicle up on my way home noticed the brakes are spongy the same as when I got the car towed to them also noticed the brake lights weren’t working so I called joe claims the mechanic was so “” busy they forgot but I’m driving unsafe not knowing I still didn’t have tail lights then I go there to ask about my brakes why they have so much air in the pedal ..his response ..oh leave the car we’ll bleed them next week, (shouldn’t that been a priority) shitty service , I wasn’t for that they already had it 11days I knew something wasn’t right so I went and got the car checked out to find out
1 ) brake shoes / hardware was never changed,
2 ) idler arm was not replaced
3) brake light switch was not replaced
4) U joint for rear drive shaft was not replaced
5) now my transmission has mutilple leaks from when they had to remove it to change fly wheel
So my Bill is $2100 I paid and come to find out no repairs was done other than the starter and flywheel..and the only reason those were I’m sure cause the car needs to startup
I highly recommend to not get any work here they are scam artists and frauds the so called mechanics don’t know what there doing this place is just out to rip you off I will most definitely be suing
Check out the pictures of the parts they claim was replaced...didn’t know parts can rust and wear in 2 days I will never take my car here and highly recommend you to do the same BEWARE!!
