Service Department Flubbed an Oil Change, removed but didn't replace the oil and refuses to make any accommodations.
My 75 year old mother took her 2025 Tucson Hybrid in for an oil change. The service department was very busy and removed the oil but didn't REPLACE the oil. They sent her home. The engine seized before she left town; she thought it was a low battery (as that was one of the lights flashing.) It seized FOUR more times before she left town. When she finally made it back their own mechanic looked under the hood, pulled the dipstick, and said, "There is no oil in this car." Now they refuse to take any action to make it right. We've been told by numerous mechanics that this caused THOUSANDs of miles of damage to the vehicle. This place has no integrity.
