We initially took our Subaru Crosstrek to Red Noland Collision after we were rear ended, but unfortunately, it also ended up in a giant hail storm waiting for insurance to approve repairs. Matthew helped us navigate the process of dealing with two different insurances, and he and Andrew went to bat for us when the other party’s insurer refused to cover services required for our repairs.
