Worst Service ever
We had an appointment this morning to have an engine combustion test done due to my vehicle burning oil, which we were told was covered under our extended warranty so we gladly made the apportionment for today and set up a ride for us to be picked up. While I'm at work my wife calls me in a panic saying they want to charge 600$ for this test and it's not covered under warranty, after she drove an hour to get there with a newborn. I was put on the phone with Amy and she explained to me multiple times this cost 600$ and it's not under warranty. She didn't care, this was totally the opposite of what I was told last week when I made the appointment. This is not right and customers shouldn't be treated this way.

Very much let down
We have bought a number of cars from this dealer with only a few problems and always fixed fairly fast, but this time they just took advantage of my wife’s need for a used car off their lot. A car that blue books out at $5000 they went and charged her over $9000 as a returning customer that is very poor customer retention. They promised the 2 nd fab but after they got there money they just stop communicating…in a business where integrity should matter for something this dealer has lost their way !!

Oil change.
My appointment was for 10.30 Friday morning. I checked in with Manny, service advisor and told him I only wanted the oil and filter change. He agreed and said we will get your car in soon and have a seat. I waited outside and was surprised that my car was not taken into the shop 40 minutes later at 11.10. Having worked in dealerships for 25 years, I can understand you get behind sometimes . When the car was finally done at 11.40, Manny presented me with the bill. To my shock and dismay Manny said they did the oil and filter change and rotated the tires. I told Manny that I did not ask for the tires to be rotated and he told me that he did mention it to me. I argued with him that he did not tell me and he basically called me a liar to my face. He finally agreed to not charge me for the tire rotation and took it off the bill. I will never go back to this dealership and would never recommend it. Horrible experience with Manny.

rude service advisor
I bought the SUV about three weeks back and next day the A/C stopped working and the fan was not blowing any air. Took the vehicle to the dealer, waited for about 3 hours. they said that they changed a couple of parts so it should be fine. Next day same problem, no difference at all.Took the suv back this Monday. The service advisor was very upset that I gave him a bad review and shouted back at us, saying that he lost $1500 because of the review. I told him that I gave an honest feedback because no work was done on the vehicle.Anyway, we left the suv for 3 days because we were told that they need more time to figure out the problem.Today we brought the suv back and nothing has been done. This vehicle was bought on Sept. 28 for $26000, not even 30 days back. The dealer refused to exchange the vehicle since they could not fix it. Worst experience in 43 years. The sales person Bill was very nice and helpful but the service staff were not cooperative at all.

Excellent Customer Sevice
I purchased a used 2022 Tucson from another dealer, which by the way knew nothing about this car. (My bad, lesson learned ) Radio didn’t work so I brought it in for warranty service. Service department people were very nice and had it working in no time. Then I ask if someone could show me how to work everything in car . I was very fortunate to get the salesman by the name of Jimmie Hobbs. OMG what a nice guy ! Sat in the car, set everything up for me, explained everything to me. When you’re 70+ years old this stuff is very confusing. Told me he would like to know someone would help his Mother or Gandmother. His Mother would be proud …..she raised a very nice young man! Can’t say enough good about him. My only regret is I didn’t buy the car from him. I guarantee the next one I will. Kudos to Jimmie Hobbs.

After experiencing issues with my vehicle (rattling noises coming from under the drivers steering wheel) I took my car back to the dealership I bought it from. After weeks of waiting to hear back, I was told my vehicle needs the engine replaced. Was not given a diagnosis or what was wrong with the car & what the noise was coming from. A month & a half go by. I dont hear a word from the dealership unless I'm the one calling. My car is FINALLY ready beginning of February after it sat in the lot since Mid December. I go up there only to be handed my keys & told to go look for my car myself in their lot. Again, not told a thing about the problem & what was done to fix it. Poor customer service. Unfortunately for me, the SAME DAY, my "brand new engine" light comes on & I hear the same rattling noise, only this time its a lot quieter. A mechanic I know looked at my car & could immediately tell its not a new engine. This is the second time I've had service from this dealership & only because I purchased my vehicle here & I'm covered under warranty. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from here or using their services. They will say whatever they can to please you.

A positive note
We were on a 3,500 road trip with our 2022 Tucson and we had an unfortunate issue with our transmission in Savannah, GA.
The transmission replacement went well, vehicle was transported back to Red Hoagland. No issues.
There were some discrepancies with replacement vehicle reimbursement, but, Red Hoagland was instrumental in ultimately resolving the issue..

Total lack of coordination
After making an appointment, 2 weeks ahead, for a 10,000 mile service on my Ioniq5, I sat from 8:30, the scheduled time, until 10:50, with no updates from the inept service writer. I ambled out to find my car parked in a row of cars, not being worked on. I questioned the surley agent and he went to check. Another half hour or so would do it he said. I reminded him that at 8:30 he said 1 1/2 hours so I thanked him and retreived my car. Won't be going back anytime soon. Will try Lakeland Hyundai and will see how that goes.
Can't recomend buying a car that cannot be serviced locally.

New Care Sale
Just traded our 4 year old Hyundai in for a new one. Ty and Cole both assisted us in the trade and sale. They were so pleasant to work with and very helpful. They both went out of their way to help. The management also went the second mile to locate a car that fit our wants. The finalization with the business office was so smooth and even enjoyable! The whole experience was fantastic! Oh, by the way, we LOVE the new Tucson Limited! Amazing!
