On September 10th we spent $1600 for Red Bluff Auto Clinic to replace our A/C system. After less than 14 days our A/C is no longer blowing cold air or functioning properly. After the shop reevaluated our system they informed us there would be additional charges as they had not gone through the entire system as previously agreed on. We were verbally assaulted by the manager when we pressed to have the vehicle fixed correctly as agreed on. I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone. We spent the extra money assuming we would have a completely new system covered by warranty, to be treated horribly by the manager and to be out a substantial amount of money.
