I own a 99 diesel Suburban, I have had nothing but problems since the day I bought it. By coincidence I was referred to RAC, I went in, they looked at it, brought it back the next day and it was done - below what they initially quoted me and even gave me a ride. My experience with mechanics over the last few years has been long schedule and very high prices, always finding something extra to charge for. Mike and Brad made me a believer in mechanics again.
