Needed an engine replacement
My 2017 Explorer suddenly lost power and stopped running. First shop said I need new motor and to find an engine specialist. Much research and many phone calls later, car ended up at RCS where I dealt with the owner - Ryan. He quickly diagnosed the engine and agreed i probably need a new motor, but also said he could open it up and possibly rebuild it. I opted for a Jasper remanufactured motor, being that I need a reliable, roadworthy vehicle ASAP. He got the engine ordered, fought our SNOWCRETE STORM, and was able to swap motors in a reasonable amount of time. We discussed and agreed to replace a few external parts. Also had him do rotors and pads in the front. I now have my vehicle back for my long commute each day and it all seems fine. Besides having to put out alt of money, RCS made this a great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, reliable service. I do not feel I was taken advantage of. RCS now has a new customer, and I have already recommended them to several people. Thank You !
