I wanted to start out by saying… “Juan is great and is funny!!”
So, I have a mechanic that I go to for years, however, I found RCAR on Groupon and my extra car needed an oil change, so I give them a try. The guy that answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was kinda rude BUT Juan made it better by greeting customers with a big smile and a great sense of humor!! Even when he told me that my appointment was running late, I was so OK with it because Juan is the BEST!
