So, I have a mechanic that I go to for years, however, I found RCAR on Groupon and my extra car needed an oil change, so I give them a try. The guy that answered the phone when I called to make an appointment was kinda rude BUT Juan made it better by greeting customers with a big smile and a great sense of humor!!
