I own a small business in DFW that provides construction materials for residential and commercial projects. I had the misfortune of doing business with Rayo Net Properties in 2017 and 2018. I heard every possible excuse from Rayo Net and its owner about why they have not paid their invoices. They attempt to blame contractors, delivery drivers, and everyone else on the job site. They are constantly churning through suppliers and contractors for this reason. Its unethical businesses like this one that drive up costs for everyone else.
