Recommended Sister inlaw ac repair. Hers came out good. Another friend asked me about my experience. Recommended him to different shop. Adam is excellent and mechanic seems knowledgeable and likeable but MY AC still not working after spending 1200 plus. Cannot recommend.

Went above and beyond to help me!

Took my Acura RDX to get transmission changed out. Adam assisted me with getting a good used transmission and it worked out well. There was 3 check engine lights that came on afterwards but I was able to take it back and they fixed two at no charge replacing a part.

Had my truck serviced her when I was between jobs and didn’t have the tools to do my own work, the service was excellent and the staff above and beyond in service. I told them I am a mechanic who was down on my luck and they offered me a spot, I love my time at Rayco and hope to pass the experience on to all that come in!

Jake is Amazing!

Have you ever flown into town, gotten a rental car, then loose the key less than 20 mins after getting to the hotel.....and have the road side assistance actually take the time to help you look for said key?? Jake did all that and more! When called....Jake, he made it to my location in less than 15 mins...then walked around a three block area to help me find my keys....even though it would have been easier to just load up the car and leave. He made the whole experience light and easy....which took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Then he turned in the rental quickly so that by time I Ubered the 23mins back to San Antonio Airport I could easily pick up another car. Thank you, Jake!! You are amazing!!

Slow work, horrible communication

My wife and I broke down on the side of the highway just south of San Antonio on a Saturday afternoon. I used AAA and this was the closest shop that showed that it was open. When the tow truck delivered our van to the shop, they were in fact, not open. We waited until Monday for them to open up. Several days went by without a diagnosis or an action plan. We called several times. Eventually they read the codes and it showed it needed two sensors replaced. Easy enough. Once the sensors were replaced, it still didn't turn on. I had to call over and over and over. Finally the manager Josh started working on it himself, because the original mechanic ended up never coming back from lunch. We had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for the parts supplier to deliver the distributor cap. We were stranded. You'd think the shop would have some empathy and work towards a resolution, but instead we were given the run around for almost a full week. The communication skills of the boys in the shop are severely lacking. Would never recommend anything other than a routine oil change from this place. As a AAA accredited shop, I'm extremely disappointed to say the least.

Outstanding towing service

I was on my way to have my vehicle serviced for a recall when it broke down on Highway 1604 during Friday rush hour—far from ideal timing. Fortunately, Texas Roadside Services came through with exceptional assistance. The tow truck arrived exactly when promised, and Ahmed, the driver, was outstanding. He was not only prompt and professional but also incredibly kind and reassuring during a very stressful situation.

While dealing with my insurance and the dealership was frustrating, Ahmed’s professionalism and the reliable towing service stood out as the one positive experience of the day. I truly appreciated his help and would highly recommend Texas Roadside Services to anyone in need of dependable roadside support.

Needed a tow and repairs one call did it all

Nobody wants to break down, so when it happened we just wanted to leave it in the parking lot and get a ride home.
We called for a tow but we were not with the car and we had the key. Not a problem, they sent a tow truck and picked up the car even without the key.
We didn’t know where to take it but found RAYCO online and they would discount the tow as a package with the diagnosis of the problem with the car.
They had to work around our broken key but were able to diagnose, remove and replace a bad alternator and battery. We had our car in back in a day and it was a fair price for the exceptional service.
