Dealership Takes Feedback Seriously - Thank You
I spoke with Joshua Martin, Service Manager and it was obvious that he was serious about resolving customer issues to satisfaction. The service team at Ray Brandt Hyundai made it right and apologized for the experience and offered a resolution that I ended up accepting. Don't come here for warranty work!
2018 Sonata failed to start. Towed car here and staff blamed my battery. I smelled a burning odor from the engine area when trying to restart 3 times. Dealer swindled me into buying a battery which was over three hundred dollars. When I picked up the car, they still couldn't restart it. They said my starter was bad. Staff were friendly but refused to test my old battery with the new starter and did not give me a report card with the car or furnish a multi-point inspection. I thought that was the purpose was the offer a multi-point inspection to ensure safety of operation. They forgot to reattach a battery terminal cover so I had to do it myself and they did not replenish air in my tires as requested. I am disappointed.
