Excellent customer service,good communication .
I've recently had my car serviced at Randy's for an A/C leak repair. Within an hour of me dropping my car off I received a call from the office let me know what the problem was, what I needed to be replaced and the estimate / cost for the repairs. My experience at Randy's was by far one of the best experience I've had they have great customer service, good communication, very transparent and quick response, my car was done the same day. I'd say aside from getting the job done my favorite and most important quality of the shop I would have to say was the fact that they have good communication and everything was done professionally from the estimate all the way to the update on progress to me that is very important when dropping off my vehicle at any shop. I can only speak for myself and my experience but I would definitely say that I can honestly recommend this shop good quality service! I will be visiting Randy shot from now on.
