I would like to address a few things. Yes I wasn't able to repair your horn because it was 31 error codes that popped up from the scan of your vehicle. Every car that comes in to the shop with electrical issues we do a full scan on it. Cause the body control module controls your horn.
Allot of the codes that came up are usually from being in accident. Thats why I called you and asked if the vehicle was in accident. Also stated to you that not all the time accidents aren't reported. So that's why you may not have seen a accident on the report. Next I checked all fuses and relays. Which I told you that its still good but I don't have the equipment to access some of the data network for your vehicle. On such a new vehicle you would need to take it to dealership. Vehicle only has 33k miles on it. I am sorry that I am unable to repair your vehicle. I did my best and knew when to call it quits when something is beyond me.
And yes we are a small shop and we take pride into every car that comes through this door. Good help is hard to find. My tech and I take pride into our work.
