I paid Randy's Automotive and Transmission $2000 to rebuild the transmission in my truck on March 19th, 2019. When I picked my truck up 2 days later the transmission was still shifting hard between 3rd and 4th gear and downshifting as welI. I have taken it back a few times for them to fix it, but each time I get it back, its no different and continues to shift hard between 3rd and 4th gear and sometimes gets stuck in 3rd gear. It's 05/14/2019 and I still haven't put 2000 miles on it and The transmission continues to shift hard. The same reason I took it to RANDYS AUTOMOTIVE and TRANSMISSION in the first place and paid them $2000. The owner, RANDY, has a video on YouTube saying if your transmission is sifting hard, there's something wrong. https://youtu.be/Vql5PdtIVxY. I've taken it to several different transmission shops and most of them have informed me that the transmission needs to be rebuilt. That proves to me that Randy's automotive and transmission never rebuilt my transmission. They just took my $2000. There's a lot of honest automotive shops out there that take pride in their work. RANDYS AUTOMOTIVE AND TRANSMISSION IS NOT ONE OF THEM.
