The reason for my 4-star rating is the turnaround time. I scheduled a 9 a.m. appointment and expected the service—four tires and an alignment—to take about one to two hours. However, I did not get my car back until closing time at 5 p.m., which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. I didn’t raise an issue because I didn’t need my car urgently that day, but this could be a concern in the future if appointments are not honored consistently.
Despite that, I was satisfied with the quality of the work and plan to return for additional services. I will be sure to discuss the expected turnaround time when scheduling my next appointment.
