Experienced and Knowlegeable!
Randall's is a nice looking place and it is clean. Service was good and everyone was friendly. I discovered Randall's after my previous mechanic could not do the work I needed. Lucky find! And well worth the drive. Fair and honest. Recommended.

Everything was excellent!
I’m so excited about my experience and service today! I spoke with the owner via the phone before I took my cars in to be serviced and from that point on until I walked out after my cars were serviced, I am still wearing a huge smile! Much appreciation to the owner, the kind lady at the desk, the guy at the other desk that kept me informed of the progress on my cars and the highly skilled mechanic!

Only Good European Car Repair Shop In Area
Randall's Autohaus is the only repair shop that was able to work on my Porsche Panamera S 3.0T Hybrid. So, if you only have one car, I suggest to get a long-term rental car because it will be a good bit before you get your Porsche, Audi, BMW etc. back. Driving a European car will cost you when it breaks down or the engine light comes on, but you already knew that when you purchased the car. In summary, take your European vehicle to Randall's Autohaus because at least you know that your car will be fixed correctly.

Attitude and Rudeness
I have a 2015 mini cooper and I know it has problems with it. I brought it to Randall's for an inspection and to let me know what exactly was wrong with it -- like a physical for my vehicle. I made that known when I dropped it off on Tuesday. Wednesday morning, the next day, I get a call that I would need a new battery. When asked how much that would be I was told $310, making my total over $500. I wasn't comfortable with that and declined. Well, they called me back a little while later to inform me that I could come pick up my Mini and told me I needed to budget in order to fix the multiple oil leaks I have -- they never told me where or to what extent the oil leaks where -- plus, I already knew I had one not multiple. When I went to pick it up around 1, a few hours after the call, I noticed that my front drivers side window was down, far enough that anyone could reach in and open the door -- or if it had rained, would have soaked my interior. The silver car next to mine had its hood popped. Very weird, I've never been somewhere that intentionally left my car window down, especially in backstreets Biloxi -- makes me wonder what they did in it or if anything was stolen. I went inside and my keys were not but a few feet from me when I got to the counter, the gentlemen at the desk was very sweet and while he was printing out my receipt Mr. Randall walks in, grabs the keys and throws them down on the desk in front of me -- very harshly and unneeded. He then asked me "what my intentions where bringing in my car?" As I stated the day before, it was for an inspection and to tell me what exactly was wrong with it. He then proceeded to walk in and out of the room multiple times, each time coming back in and stating a problem I have with the car -- not in specifics just very vaguely. It was very rude, especially the attitude that I received from him because, in my opinion, I didn't spend more than $200 there. The check-out guy was nice and gave me a cash discount and said I only had to pay $180 out of $181 or $183, but the business owner wasn't. I found similar reviews on his website and another that match with what I experienced: window being left down, random "repairs" without details/prices, rudeness from Randall, etc. I find it sketchy that all the positive reviews have "verified customer" next to it and the one star ones barely do, when my services I would say match up with the one star ones overall. I have been to better repair shops, and would say the time Good Year forgot to put my oil plug/bolt back in and I almost destroyed my engine because of it was a better and more straight forward encounter than working with Mr. Randall.
