Amazing!
Carlos and his team are honest and explain things well. I experienced rodent damage and had a repair done at the dealership. Literally a week later, same issue. Not only did Rancho SD BMW repair it, they actually took extra measures to prevent it from happening again. Not to mention a much lower cost! This is my only go to moving forward for my BMWX1! Much appreciated!
