Cliente VerificadoChristina, I'm glad you chose to reach out and let me know of your dissatisfaction. The tech noted on your recent visit that the driver side engine mount was LEAKING. Once the dampening fluid has all leaked out, it will appear normal until it finally collapses. I'm happy to show you the indicated fault if you wish to stop by; please call the office to make an appointment so I can look at it while you wait, and put the misunderstanding to rest. If the misunderstanding was on my part, I'll happily eat crow.
