Service under warranty

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation under the current warranty. The maintenance light came on and today it stated that it needed service in 93 miles. I arrived 15 minutes early, and was told it would take 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The oil change is supposed to be done every 5,700 miles and no later or it voids the warranty. The employee tried to get me to sign a paper stating that I would not bring the car in again until it was driven 9,000 miles. I told her I would not agree to that. She said she would note that I refused to sign the paperwork. Then, while I was waiting for my ride she called and asked if I was still there because the manager told her I needed to initial a paper regarding scratches or dings on the car. I said okay and that I would meet her at the car. She approached me and said the marks could be just dirt, she didn’t know. When I looked at the paperwork, it was the document that stated I wouldn’t bring the car in for 9,000 miles. I believe she was trying to trick me into signing paperwork that could void the warranty. I acknowledged the paperwork and she denied it! I ended up leaving the dealership, not getting the oil changed, and not signing the paperwork. I will never go there again ! They are not trustworthy !

night and day

on my previous visit i had a bit of an issue and almost immediately i was contacted by the service manager. she was great and fixed the misunderstanding. this is the kind of service that makes this dealer head and shoulders above the rest. I have continued to come here for many years and will continue to do so.

i ended up purchasing a set of tires that my car desperately needed and now i am a happy camper. i most definitely will continue coming to this dealer to service my ioniq.

thank you very much Cortney for the excellent service you and your team provided and keeping me updated on the status of my tires. i truly appreciate what you do for your customers.

last dance

this was likely my last time having my car serviced at this dealer. i specifically told the rep that my tires were at over 82K miles and likely needed a set. he instead charged me for a rotation that was really not needed.

quick and dependable service

the service people are great from the time you make an appointment. I wait for my vehicle to be serviced as i am far enough away that it takes 2 cars to drop off then pick up later at 16 miles each way. the staff is very good about getting everything done in an expeditious manner including washing the car(looks brand new when I get it back). this is the first dealership I have ever delt with that I felt comfortable and trusted.
