Great Service After All These Years!
I used Cooper's for a long time when I was still living at my mom's in Landisville. We've been going to another garage as it's just closer and easier to get from but decided after our last visit to that garage that I wasn't getting the answers I wanted when asking follow up questions and while they said my brakes were fine, they were making a loud rubbing noise. Took my car for inspection at Cooper's and they gave me the answers as to what was causing it, and seemingly fixed the issues since I haven't heard it in two days since getting my car back. They could've even tried to upsell me to replace my brakes but they just fixed them. That's an honest mechanic! Not to mention that we had a sidewall bulge on our tire so I dropped it off on Monday when my inspection was scheduled for Wednesday just to have it there and not worry about driving with the sidewall bulge. They got the inspection done on Monday and the new tire was delivered Tuesday and installed with the car back to me before my inspection scheduled appointment on Wednesday. Just awesome service!
