I made the appointment for the annual inspection and told of a loud rattle in the fan/blower. The job was completed in less than an hour while I waited and Mitch discovered the problem with the fan/blower. It seems chipmunks have stored acorns in the area causing the fan/blower to make incredibly loud noise! Apparently, this is not uncommon but it made for a good laugh . While inspecting the car, he saw the need for additional work that needs to be done in the future including new tires by Fall. He is always attentive to the needs for the vehicle be in tip top condition for my safety. Caitlin makes sure I am made aware of the cost for such items which is an additional service I appreciate. They could not be more helpful, prices are fair and I trust them completely.
