I leased a 2020 cross trek two years ago .
my experience then was very good .
they reached out to me recently to turn my lease in early ( used cars are in high demand )
I’ve never had such a smooth easy incredible experience with a car dealership in my life !
Almost everything was done remotely, the offer and price was amazing .
I dealt with Tom the sales manager
however Tim helped me when I came in to pick up my car . Two nice young men from Braintree high school ( one in particular) explained everything about the vehicle so sweet and patient . honestly it was an amazing quick shockingly easy process .
I’m so happy with my new spotless vehicle.
More than pleasantly surprised! They made it so easy!!! Every single person in the building was polite , respectful and kind.
