Recently received factory recall notice from Hyundai. Called Quirk to schedule the repair. Was told that because they had not serviced the car at Quirk in the past that they would not service the car to comply with the recall.
Was given a ridiculous run around as to why they wouldn't schedule the repair.
Will be buying a new Santa Fe within the next few years and with such a poor customer service experience I will be purchasing the car from a different dealership.
