Lengthy repair process, yielded an excellent repair
Excellent body work here. I never learned that Quality Automotive was a Subaru authorized repair facility until I picked my car up. Cascade Subaru, my dealer, said they used Quality, but never told me why.
I had little communication from Cascade, but they kindly provided a loaner car which was a huge help. Communication was better with Quality. Parts delays and having different mechanics involved may have slowed the process too.
