Excellent service
Disgruntled with dealerships , I started searching for shops that specialize in Ford diesels. I saw that Quality Auto in Auburn had good reviews. Over the last 2 years I've not only taken my truck there, but also my Ford Taurus. As of this writing I've been very pleased with their service / repairs and have always been able to get an appointment within a week unlike some dealerships who are weeks out. They use genuine ford parts and diagnostic equipment. They're friendly and I feel they're honest and don't try to upsell you on unnecessary maintenance. I hope to continue a long-term vehicle service relationship with them and would recommend them to Ford owners.
