Very responsive to get an appointment, excellent care with clear explanations
Getting prepared for my daughter leaving for college, we remembered on Aug 17 we needed a full check up 3 days before she left for our peace of mind on travels to and from college. After calling Quality Auto and explaining the situation, they arranged an appointment the next day and the vehicle was checked thoroughly and serviced with an overdue oil change while I waited. Clear explanations were given on what to watch for and prepared to be serviced in the next year or so, but not pressured to have the work done then. Gives me comfort in down to earth honest ownership looking to make long term customers.
