Had an issue with my vehicle that needed to be repaired ASAP. Spoke with Jeff (owner) to make the appointment, and he assured me it would be completed on time. Dropped off the vehicle at 7:10 am, and spoke with Ken. Again, he assured me the issue would be addressed, and a phone call with the repair quote would be made before any work was done. Received a call at 8:17am, from Kyle, with the quote asking for authorization. Received a call at 9:23am stating the repair was completed. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, and courteous. Transparency and communication was evident, and I would highly recommend Quality Auto to friends, and family.
