The reason for the 4 star and not a 5 though was my vehicle has a snapped cable latch for the hood. I purchased the part and asked if they could install it and I would, of course, pay for any labor and was told they'd do it. When I picked it up, I was told "no, we didn't do that" and was just handed the keys. So now I have to fix that myself after expecting (and being told) that it would be done. Not a huge deal, but still made my experience below perfect.
