$1,600 for nothing
After paying over $1,600 to get my steering rack replaced my car still had all of the same issues I was experiencing. I took it back in and they looked it over and said the hoses were leaking... But we told them that those had just been replaced. So then they said it must be the pump going bad. We get the car home and put steering fluid in it because it was really low and it came gushing out under my car. It NEVER did that before. My fiancé decided to buy a new pump and do it himself because we are pissed at this point. He is changing the pump out today and come to find out that the o ring is missing. ? NOT happy with this place!!!!!!
