They had earlier advised that I show up at 7:30am, half an hour before the shop itself opens, so I can get right in for a simple tire rotation. So I did exactly that, showing up at 7:30, with Troy helping me. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I saw my car pull up and park just outside the front office door, where it sat for the next 45 minutes. Then Troy comes and gets me, and politely lectures me about, in the future, showing up at 7:30am so I can get right in, and would then not have to wait so long. Why would he tell me to do that, when that's precisely what I did, with he himself knowing that that is the case? I take their advice, and then I am told to take their advice for a better result? And if I "got right in," why did it take two hours? And what was going on for the last 45 minutes when my car was sitting at the office?
