Great basic service
Mostly happy other than my one small request that was ignored. I simply asked if the they could figure out which heat shield is rattling under my truck, I even said I would pay for this very quick minor thing. I could tell that the tech either disregarded or completely forgot to check when he said he didn't hear anything backing out of the shop. I brought this up at the time of paying my bill to the man at the register. Both of them were so meh about it that I just said whatever I guess I'll have a buddy and me take care of it whenever I can. They had problems getting my spare tire back up under the truck so I said I'd take care of that myself. I figure that was a favor to them. I guess my concern didn't matter that much even though I brought it up at least twice before service. Normally I wouldn't say anything about this but you sent me a review form. Four stars but I'd rather go to Cedar Creek if they had the availability.
