My wife and I use protire for all of our service needs. Drew and James have great customer service skills which makes for a very welcoming environment. I've gone to other mechanic shops in the past where it feels like the mechanic and I just don't speak the same language, and I could tell they've never had any customer service type training. At protire, drew and James are like a liaison between me and the mechanic. I get great customer service and the mechanics don't have to be distracted by dealing with customers. This is fine by me, I'd rather the mechanic focus on fixing my vehicle than having to call me with updates or other distrations.
