Went in for an oil change waited over an hour for the service. Then as i was leaving, before i could get to the corner pressing on the gas, my vehicle got to pulling and my steering wheel started acting like it didnt want to drive. I pulled over to see why thinking maybe it has to warm up to the oil they used. I sat for 15 minutes while calling them to see whats going on, no answer. Now mind you, i just left and saw omar with the phone on his hip. So i decided to try to make it home thinking it will be ok. To my surprise as i accelerated on the gas trying to get up to 30/40 miles an hour, it started jerking and felt like something had fallen off underneath. I parked, checked underneath to see what the extra noise was, i didnt see anything wrong so i sat another 15 minutes on the side of the road, still trying to call pronto (no answer). Then i tried to drive again it started rumbling again. For a drive that normally takes me 8minutes from pronto to my home, it took 45 minutes for me to get home because i had to drive with my hazards on at 10mph. Im just in awe because i dont know what they could have possibly done for a simple oil change that im not able to drive my vehicle ?? now what am i to do when i have to work all week at 6am with no transportation
