About 2 weeks ago I contacted Vlad because my Buick was giving me SEVERE issues. It turned out that my suspension was holding on for dear life, my thermostat was due to be replaced, etc. My car has extremely old and rusted parts, so the guys had to work HARD. I’m truly grateful for how quickly and precisely they were able to fix it. Not only that, but they also tried their best to make sure I was making the best decisions for myself finically on what to get done asap. Elite customer service and elite quality of work is what you’ll find at Prodigy! Thank you Vlad and the team!

Absolute best!
I always worry that I’m going to get ripped off when dealing with mechanics being a woman. I also don’t have the time to run around and get multiple diagnostic checks and estimates. I’ve always had my car maintained at the dealership but wasn’t happy with an incident so I decided to look elsewhere. This was my second visit and can’t say enough about this shop. So honest and reliable. The first time, I was told that I needed a new starter and spark plugs elsewhere. Vlad at Prodigy then told me that I only needed spark plugs. The second time, I figured I needed major work since I was nearing 100k but after having the vehicle inspected for half an hour was told it was in perfect condition and nothing had to be done other then getting my tires replaced. I walked in expecting, a transmission fluid change, timing belt, and brake pads at the least. But walked out being told nothing needed to be done. Wow! And to top it off, they are very efficient and work fast. They will always be my go to.

Honest local shop with highly skilled mechanics
Dependable and accommodating shop for smaller maintenance jobs up to complete engine swaps. Vlad stands by their work and makes sure to keep customers happy and on the road. This kind of honesty and integrity is hard to find. He won't bilk you like the dealership service departments.

Car repair
I had extensive engine work done on my jaguar and they did an excellent job. I also had a dent over my fender removed. It looks like it was never there. I highly recommend them.

Excellency All Around!!
Happy I was able to find Prodigy Auto Works. Owner takes care of you and the team there always is respectful , extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. I have an Audi Q5 and have had it serviced here twice. Each time the shop was extremely professional and accommodating to my needs. Very upfront and honest. They don’t just service European cars but if you have one this is the place to go. They’ll take the time to explain what’s going on with the vehicle. If you’re looking for a reputable and reliable give them a call. They’re responsive and respectful.

ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBERS VEHICLE FIXED!
I recommended Prodigy to my step daughter as her transmission was acting peculiar. The Prodigy crew checked it out and fixed all of the issues. Providing pictures and calling with recommendations of how to proceed. Their honesty, pricing, and fast excellent service came through again! Honest, detailed, skilled
I've been taking my 2010 E350 to Prodigy for 3 years now. They've done all of my oil changes, replaced a ruptured brake line, head gasket, both front and rear brakes amongst other small repairs. I've never had a complaint. They've always been flexible getting me in, They've always gotten me out in a reasonable amount of time and my car has always been fixed. Mark and Vlad have always been professional and kind. I'm the kind of person that finds someone I trust and stick with them til the end. These guys have never given me a reason to move on.

Professional staff, spotless shop
