Took my car for a joy ride
Took my car in for an alignment, next thing I know it’s taking off down 86 highway. Killed it three times just trying to leave the lot (it’s a standard) heard it high revving down the highway. Then came back flying into their lot scrapping the bumper and hitting every pothole filled with fresh asphalt, slinging tar all over my car. I will never take any vehicle to them ever again. Very unprofessional and lack of respect to customers vehicles.

Our policy is to test drive every vehicle prior to any repairs/alignments. My most senior technician who is 54 years old took your vehicle for a test drive prior to the alignment that you requested. Since your vehicle has been modified I probably should have asked if this was okay with you first. If we cannot drive your vehicle before and after an alignment we cannot ensure that we are providing quality work. I am verry sorry that this upset you. My technician was respectful to your vehicle and we always strive for customer satisfaction. I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectation.

Denise said she took the vehicle in there for a problem and they caused 3000 worth of extra damage and caused her to be without vehicle for over a month. They lost a nut inside the engine and that's what caused the damage.

Usually good
Usually 5 stars, But they changed my oil less than 200 miles ago. Now my oil change light is on and they can't get to me For 3 days? How long does it take to Reset?

Got it done fast and haven’t had an issue since
